What is your elevator pitch?
Anchor is a creative studio co-founded by my wife, Tessa, and I in 2017. We started the business as a way to take control of our lives and help other entrepreneurs and business owners do the same.
We specialize in branding, web design + development, and digital consulting and have experience working with clients in a wide variety of spaces, although our love for the culinary industry has made us a regular collaborator of local restaurants, as well as national groups and franchises.
What’s your ask?
I'm always looking to make new connections, find potential collaborators, and get more attendees at our monthly Hustle Society meet ups.
Tell us something about yourself that we can’t find on your LinkedIn profile.
I'm a big Action Bronson fan and love all things food and tattoo related. I've spent nearly 100 hours getting tattooed to learn first hand about the history, art form, and industry that have inspired me for as long as I can remember.
What networking/professional event(s) are you looking forward to?
CreativeMornings and Hustle Society Detroit meet ups are my monthly favorites.
What’s your favorite coffee spot in Metro Detroit?
Sabbath Coffee Roasters in Clawson and Milwaukee Caffe in Detroit are my go-to spots. If you're ever at an event Anchor sponsors the coffee at, you'll for sure see Sabbath there.
What’s your favorite happy hour spot in Metro Detroit?
Not your traditional happy hour, but definitely Cafe Sous Terre.
